Acceptance

By using QRDoc you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the tool.

Use of the Tool

QRDoc is provided free of charge for lawful, personal, and commercial use. You must not use QRDoc to generate QR codes that link to illegal content, malware, phishing pages, or content that violates any applicable law or our Acceptable Use Policy.

No Warranties

QRDoc is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, freedom from errors, or fitness for any particular purpose.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Ashwinkumar D Basari and Basari Tech Solutions shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of QRDoc or reliance on QR codes generated by it.

Your Responsibility

You are solely responsible for ensuring that: (a) you have the right to share the document you are linking to; (b) the sharing settings on your cloud platform are correctly configured; and (c) any QR code you distribute links to appropriate, lawful content.

Intellectual Property

The QRDoc interface, branding, and documentation are the intellectual property of Ashwinkumar D Basari. See our Copyright Policy for details.

Changes

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of QRDoc after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
